Closings and Cancellations Related to Covid19
The Hiddenite Arts and Heritage Center’s 2020 Celebration of the Arts is Canceled due to health and safety regulations due to Covid 19.
However, as of September 21st, our 1914 House Museum, the Art Gallery, Visitor’s Center, Emerging Artist Wall, Gem and Mineral Collection and Antique Toy and Doll Collection are OPEN SAFE!
We ask that all visitors observe social distancing, wear face coverings, call upon arrival, and wait outside to be welcomed by our reception attendant before entering. All groups will be limited to 10 people or less. Larger groups can be admitted in smaller groups of 10 at a time. Calling ahead to secure a visitation time is preferred.
Most importantly, we ask that if you are having any symptoms of illness or feel you may have been exposed to Covid, to remain at home until you are well. Temperature screenings will be performed by our reception attendant before entering the facility. We are happy to be able to “safely” serve our community, artists, and people visiting the area at this time!
Most classes and workshops have resumed at the Center’s educational complex w/ Social Distancing and Safety guidelines in place!
Thank you for supporting the HAHC!
