Have Cookies & Cocoa with Santa & Mrs. Claus!

 

Special holiday event, Friday, December 14th at the Lucas Mansion!

As a special part of their Christmas at the Lucas Mansion “All Aboard the Holiday Express!” themed decorations and exhibits, the Center’s staff have organized a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus on Friday, December 14th from 5:30 – 7pm.

Everyone is invited to join in the festivities with cookies, hot cocoa, tours of the Center’s Holiday Express decorations, visits and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Tickets to board this Holiday Express event are only $5 each for adults and $4 for children or students ages 4-17. Children 3 and under can board the Holiday Express at no charge. Admission will be available at the door but guests are encouraged to call (828) 632-6966 to RSVP so that Santa’s helpers can better prepare for their visit.

The Lucas Mansion will be filled with lights, sights, and sounds, of the season set in this year’s theme, “All Aboard the Holiday Express!” Inspired by the popular holiday train book and movie, each room of the Lucas Mansion Museum will be decorated as part of the train’s journey to the North Pole, inspiring all to “Believe” in the magic of the season.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will greet visitors of all ages at the North Pole located on the third floor of the Lucas Mansion. Santa will have a special take away gift for visitors while supplies last.
