Building Rental

Support the arts while we house your special event! The Hiddenite Arts and Heritage Center offers building rental options for your next gathering. Our ballroom can be dressed up or down in order to best match your celebration! The Hiddenite Center offers a large, spacious area that is perfect for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and more. Give us a call at 828-632-6966 to discuss your wishes.

Host your event in our spacious ballroom. Access to our kitchen is also available! We’ll be happy to assist you in planning your special day.

Cost:

Rental of the ballroom is $100 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. There is a $20 charge for each additional hour. (Note: Ballroom rental with kitchen access is $145 per hour with a 3-hour minimum).

In addition to our indoor spaces, the ground-level wraparound porch and gazebo of the Hiddenite Center’s Lucas Mansion is also available for your special events. Call us at 828-632-6966 for rates and availability.

If you are looking to rent a classroom-sized area, we do rent out our art room and our quilting room for $45 per hour. There is a 3-hour minimum for these rooms as well. A $20 fee will be charged for each additional hour.
