This class is for the beginner and the experienced artist. Emphasis will be place on improving painting skills, brush control, color mixing, composition, and the use of various surfaces. Cost efficiency will also be discussed. Individual creativity and expression will be encouraged. The class is structured as an open studio where as each artist will bring their own work and supplies. Instruction will be on an individual basis to meet each artist at their skill level with the intent of improving technique and understanding of various aspects of color theory, composition, painting techniques, drawing, etc… Any lecturing will be to share information that all students might be interested in hearing with the opportunity to ask questions.
